These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the kinit.nl website. By using the site, you agree to them. Kinit ("Kinit", "we", "our", or "us") is a Dutch business registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KVK: 96764236) in Rotterdam.

2. What Kinit Does

Kinit runs a marketplace for IT jobs. Anyone can post an IT job for free. Approved IT professionals can browse the public job board and spend credits to unlock a job's contact details. Everything that happens after that — quoting, doing the work, paying for the work — is arranged directly between the client and the professional, off-platform. Kinit is not a party to that arrangement and makes no guarantees about how it is carried out.

3. Using the Website

You may use the site for its intended purpose. Please don't misuse it, disrupt it, or try to access parts you are not authorised to. Information on the site is provided as-is and may change.

4. Posting a Job and Professional Accounts

Posting a job is free, without obligation, and requires no account. Please give accurate details so professionals can reach you. Posting a job is not an order or a contract with Kinit and does not guarantee any particular result or response from professionals. IT professionals who register go through manual review before their account is approved; Kinit may decline a registration or suspend an account without giving a reason. Credits a professional buys are non-refundable once spent to unlock a job, except where the law provides otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and branding of this website are owned by Kinit or its licensors. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The website is provided without warranties, to the extent permitted by Dutch law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinit is not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website.

7. Privacy

How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, in line with the GDPR.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version always applies; the "Last updated" date shows the most recent revision.
