About Kinit
Kinit is a free, remote-first IT-jobs marketplace for the Netherlands. Anyone posts an IT job for free, no account needed; approved IT professionals browse the open lead board and spend prepaid credits to unlock a job's contact details. Quoting, work, and payment happen off-platform.
What makes Kinit different
- Free to post a job — no account required for job posters.
- Professionals pay per unlocked lead, never a percentage of the project — unlike commission-based marketplaces such as Fiverr or Toptal.
- Remote-first: professionals nationwide can respond to remote-friendly jobs, not only those local to the job — unlike location-bound services.
- Professional accounts are manually approved before they can unlock leads — a quality gate, not open self-listing.
